Your first visit, step by step.
Five steps from choosing a service to pickup. Most of the paperwork happens once, in Gingr, and then every visit after that is simple.
1
Choose your service
Boarding for dogs and cats, daycare for dogs, and grooming for dogs and cats.
Never boarded before, or have an anxious pup? Start with a half day of daycare and the social assessment. Your dog meets us and heads home fairly quickly, which makes for a positive first experience.
2
Create a Gingr account and request a reservation
Gingr is our reservation portal. Your account holds your pets’ profiles, contacts and vaccine records, so sign-up takes a few minutes the first time and seconds after that.
Submitting a request does not confirm your reservation. Our team reviews every request and will confirm with you.
3
Complete agreements and vaccine records
Sign our General Rules, Policies & Liability Agreement in Gingr and upload current vaccine records at least 48 hours before the reservation. Submit them early so anything missing can be sorted out before arrival.
- Dogs over one year
- Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella required. Canine Influenza and a negative fecal exam recommended.
- Puppies
- Fully vaccinated: all three rounds of DHPP (also written DAPP or DAPPv), plus Rabies and Bordetella. Usually between three and four months old.
- Cats
- Rabies, FVRCP and Feline Bordetella required. A negative fecal exam recommended.
Records must show the clinic name, the vaccine, and the date given.
4
Pack for boarding
- Collar with an ID tag, and a leash or carrier for arrival
- Food pre-portioned per meal and labeled with your pet's name
- Medications in their original containers with the prescription label, when applicable
- One or two washable familiar items, such as a towel or blanket, labeled
We provide beds, bowls, toys and enrichment items, depending on the services you choose. Keep personal items minimal and washable, and leave pinch, chain and choke collars at home. If you’re unsure what to bring, ask us.
5
Check in curbside, and pickup
When you arrive, text HERE to 855-896-6189 and a team member will come out to you. Please keep your pet leashed or in a carrier; we are right on Highway 107.
For grooming, we text or call when your pet is ready. For boarding, pickup is daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bring a photo ID, and let us know ahead of time if someone else is picking up.
